LOUISVILLE, Ky. – A federal judge has ordered a former NBA star to pay $1 million to settle a lawsuit by the U. S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation against the U. Department of Justice (DOJ).
A federal judge in Philadelphia issued a $1 million judgment in November 2016, which the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) determined, in part, to a former NBA star who claimed he was wrongly accused of using Viagra as a sexual enhancement drug.
